Tax Exemptions for Agriculture Explanation

If the Container is used exclusively to produce Agriculture Products for sale, then the Ag Exemption may apply. For examples of items that are exempt from sales tax when used exclusively on a farm or ranch to produce agricultural products for sale and purchased by a person with a current ag/timber number, please click on link below and refer to page 2.
